Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. The items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Products that are worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@petplaytimepal.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return request is processed, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure that it reaches us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
